We have now changed our clinical system. This went extremely well with very little disruption to our services.
What will this mean to you?
The new system has resulted in it taking a little longer to produce your repeat prescriptions. With this in mind we are are leaving the turn around time at 48 hours (2 working days). We are asking for your support and patience during this time. This is a new way of working for EVERYONE at the surgery.
Prescriptions/Dispensary
We are a dispensing practice and stock most items you are likely to require. If an item is not in stock we can usually obtain it within 48 hours, although at this busy time it is taking longer.
To request a repeat prescription – please allow 48 hours notice (2 full working days), and if possible avoid Monday mornings. You can order your repeat by: completing the prescription request sheet and returning it by post, or in person. We ahve also launched our online facility – please ask at reception for further details.
