If you would like to register for GP online services you will need to come into the surgery and fill out a form. Two forms of ID are also needed, one of which should have a photo (such as a passport or driving license) and the other should have your address (such as a council tax bill). If you do not have photo ID or anything with your address on it, our surgery staff will be able to help you.

From 1st November 2023, most patients will have access to their prospective medical records through the NHS App. This means that patients will be able to see medical entries about themselves made on or after 1st November but not beforehand. This will include parents having access to their children's records up to the age of 16. The information will include access to hospital letters and community entries such as district nursing notes.
For some patients, the process will be automatic, whilst for others requests for access to the records will need to be approved by the practice. Some entries may only be partially visible as data can sometimes include third-party references.
Please contact the surgery if:
- You do not want access to your health records and you would not like the service activating.
- You cannot access your records after 1st November and you would like access to your records.
- You are concerned about third parties accessing your data.
We will continue to follow General Data Protection Rules and ensure your data is only accessible to those legally entitled to it.
